Can you introduce yourself?

I was born in Adana in 1991. I completed my primary, middle, and high school education there. In 2015, I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Çukurova University. Afterwards, I began my master's studies in Marketing, which I'm still pursuing. All my higher education has been completed in English.

I started my career even before graduating, providing part‑time Technical Design support to various companies in different sectors. I was part of the founding team of the university's Electromobil team, which still continues its successful projects today. This period gave me serious experience in project and team management. I entered our current sector in 2016 and have continued on my path with enthusiasm to serve the sector.

Can you tell us about your company’s journey so far?

MOVA MOLD was founded in Adana in 2023, built on innovative solutions and a sustainable production mindset. Five entrepreneur friends, each with over 15 years of experience in their field, came together to launch operations.

Guided by our slogan "Solution Partner", we embrace a sustainable production model aligned with evolving technologies, and we aim to become an industry leader.


Product portfolio or production examples

Can you tell us about your products and target audience?

Mova Mold provides innovative, solution-focused services to companies in the packaging industry. We closely track industry needs, offering engineering solutions domestically and internationally.

Our system, based on the production of PET preform molds and PET blow molds, enables us to supply bottle design, mold production, spare parts, and mold renewal worldwide. Alongside all these services, we provide engineering consultancy for every project.

Mova Mold not only responds to needs, but also offers customized solutions to enhance your competitive edge in the industry.


What about your sales and marketing strategy?

We aim to secure our place in both national and international markets. Over the past year, we've formed collaborations with many leading companies in the sector. Despite our first year, we've made a strong name for ourselves in domestic projects. We have swiftly started investing in and entering international projects.

Mova Mold adopts an organization structured around traceable production. Our ERP system, supporting this structure, is our strongest asset. Through this system, all our partner companies can access complete project details and processes 24/7. This communication strength is central to our sales and marketing policy. We create our marketing strategy in light of all our production and engineering experience.

Are you involved in export? Can you tell us more?

From day one, Mova Mold has been active in export. Due to the specialized nature of our sector and the high quality expected from suppliers, we are a preferred company in international markets.

Taking into account our country’s position, we closely monitor the needs and financial developments of surrounding countries. In this context, we have established partnerships in four regions—Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and Turkic Republics. Our plans are to increase this number within the next five years.


How was 2024 for your company? What are your goals for the new term?

The year 2024 was thrilling for us as we established our place in the sector. Working with longstanding domestic companies and completing successful projects increased our excitement significantly. Designing for national and international brands and manufacturing those molds was highly satisfying.

We participated in the International Eurasia Packaging Fair, the most important fair in our sector, and the interest we received was very encouraging. We took major steps toward new collaborations and projects. We plan to be present at the fair every year to share our innovations.

Sector interest helped us develop our machine park and make new machine investments. We met our annual sales targets. Reviewing 2024, the impact of our success on the coming years also delighted us.

In 2025, we will continue to grow in both national and international markets by expanding our customer and product portfolio. We aim to enhance our capacity while maintaining our quality.
